This project will provide funds to support the creation of a new part-time position supporting Healthy Communities Wyandotte. The part-time communications strategist will create and begin implementing a strategic communications plan to coordinate HCW’s efforts to improve the county’s poor health rankings. The Communications Strategist will oversee this process, guiding HCW’s Communications Action Team to create a plan that will provide direction for HCW communications.
Support the work of Resilient KC in creating a trauma-informed community.
Provide coaching and technical assistance to advance integration of oral health care into the patient-centered medical home.
Support engagement activities to increase voter registration of Johnson County, KS, residents.
Provide advocacy capacity building training for direct service organizations.
