Operations of the REACH Foundation are managed by a professional staff that adhere to a set of core values beginning with the belief that all people deserve access to the health care they need. Staff members are community-focused and accessible individuals with a passion for addressing health disparities, working within partnerships, and collaborating with funders and other community groups to achieve the foundation’s mission.

Board of Directors

The REACH Foundation is governed by a 17-member Board of Directors who reside within the foundation’s six-county service area. The board is charged with preserving and advancing the foundation’s mission and purpose, and ensuring that its resources are allocated toward improving the health of underserved people. Members are elected for three-year terms, and are eligible to serve up to two consecutive terms.
