Support development of Alive and Well KC, a trauma-focused organization and extension of the Trauma Matters KC coalition.
Support a coordinated effort to provide education and resources to organizations engaged in the care of immigrants and refugees in metropolitan Kansas City.
Provide on-site health care coordination services for homeless individuals and families to help them obtain and use benefits.
Provide health and social service supports for 150 refugee individuals and families.
