Provide health and social service supports for 150 refugee individuals and families.
Support to enhance mobile crisis response teams through a regional coordinated cross-county partnership with five CCBHOs (Certified Care Behavioral Health Organizations).
Provide outreach and public benefits enrollment/employment assistance for individuals who are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness, those recently housed, and individuals with significant behavioral health needs.
