Support development of behavioral health education and programming for Grantmakers in Health membership.
Support for mental health engagement services for low income, predominantly Latino individuals in the Foundation’s service area.
Support for care coordination for rural, low-income residents.
Provide assistance to individuals discharging from the Kansas City-Assessment and Triage Center (KC-ATC) and connect them to community-based treatments and supports through care coordinator services.
