Update regional health assessments.

Support the regional efforts for a complete count for the 2020 census in metro Kansas City by convening the KC Regional Complete Count Committee and working groups; implementing a communications plan; and, coordinating community outreach.

Analyze 2020 Census data and prepare briefs and story maps that outline results of the census count, including infographics and presentation materials for nonprofit organizations and community groups to use in analysis and decision-making.

Provide Community Health Workers at four Head Start sites to assist families with navigating health systems.

Work with community partners to organize and oversee the KC Regional Complete Count Campaign.
