Support for health navigation services for Latinx, multi-generational immigrant, Spanish-speaking, low-income individuals and families who are uninsured/underinsured.

Support to increase and improve access to quality, affordable healthcare services and coverage through Health Navigators for underserved Latino individuals and their families.

Support for "Usa tu voz y moviliza" (Use Your Voice and Mobilize), a state-wide Promotoras convening aimed at building relationships between Promotoras and trust advocates with a focus on civil rights and equity access.

Unrestricted funds that may be used to continue providing Care Connections services or to respond to the target population's needs related to COVID-19.
