Support the Community Action Board of Cradle KC in peer to peer support and community campaigning to support, educate, and promote maternal and infant health and systemic improvement of maternal and infant health care. The CAB is a group of resident experts who ensure Cradle KC and partners are responsive and accountable to the community.

Support to provide outreach and enrollment in public benefits and connection to services through the Bridges to Health Project.
