Support to expand/enhance the Cultural Navigator program Conexiones.

Support to provide benefits enrollment/financial counseling for individuals who are homeless. Strengthen the Safety Net for those at-risk for homelessness; transition-age youth and individuals with significant behavioral health needs who may qualify for benefits programs.

Support to expand culturally and linguistically appropriate interpreting and wrap around services to the growing number of immigrants and refugees seeking care at University Health.

Support to provide outreach and public benefits enrollment/employment assistance for individuals who are homeleStrengthen the Safety Netess or those at-risk for homeleStrengthen the Safety Netess; those recently housed and individuals with significant behavioral health needs.
