In 2019 and 2020, the REACH Foundation teamed up with Kansas City regional funders, the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC), metro area nonprofits and civic groups to promote participation in the 2020 Census. MARC will host a series of four virtual presentations on 2020 Census results, drawing from the most recent federal updates and reports.

Frank Lenk, MARC Director of Research Services, will discuss regional data and trends, and provide guidance on how data can be used to understand differences and disparities within and among communities in the metro area. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.

Sessions are free and open to any member of a nonprofit, city, county, special district, or other public organization/group in MARC’s nine-county region seeking information on regional data and trends identified within 2020 Census results.
