Guy Collier

Vice Chair

Guy Collier, has spent most of his career in health policy and law at the Institute of Medicine in Washington, D.C., the Office of General Counsel for HHS, and in private practice for over 40 years representing a wide range of health care facilities and providers.

Previously, Collier taught in the Milken Institute School of Public Health and Health Services at George Washington University and is currently a Professor of Practice teaching Health Law and Policy and Healthcare Regulation at KU Law School in Lawrence, KS. He is a Trustee of the Washington Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs and recently served on the Advisory Board for the Center for Public Health and Human Rights at Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Hygiene and Public Health. He resides in Jackson County.
