Becky Benak joined the REACH Foundation in June 2004 as Operations Manager. She currently is Director of Grants & Operations, responsible for the grant application process, managing the Foundation’s electronic grants information system, performing the due diligence process on applications, and maintaining Foundation records. She serves as the Foundation’s human resource liaison, administering all employee benefit plans and payroll, and handles vendor relationships and associated accounting responsibilities. Benak previously worked six years as Office Manager for Henderson Engineers, Inc., in Lenexa, Kansas.

Benak earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a business minor from Kansas State University. A resident of Johnson County, Kansas, she and her husband have two children.
