REACH Healthcare Foundation is delighted to introduce Pang Randolph as its new Communications Officer. Randolph will be responsible for managing the foundation’s overall brand strategy and executing communication efforts to support the foundation’s mission to advance health coverage and care. With over a decade of marketing and communications experience in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Randolph will work closely with the foundation team to implement communications and public relations initiatives aimed at elevating the foundation’s mission and purpose among its grantees, communities, media, and government stakeholders.
Randolph previously served as the Digital Communications and Transformation Consultant at IBM, where she worked with international organizations on ways to leverage data and technology to deliver strategic communications and personalized digital experiences. She has a longstanding commitment to nonprofit organizations with a focus on providing health education, accessible healthcare, and economic services to underserved communities in the Kansas City metro area.

Randolph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations. She currently resides in Kansas City, MO, with her husband and son.
