Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility & Belonging
Community-Centered Capacity Building Workshops

The REACH Healthcare Foundation and the Community Health Commission of Missouri (CHCM) have partnered to launch the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (DEIAB) Community-Centered Capacity Building Workshops to help nonprofit organizations improve organizational capacity through equity-centered, trauma-informed learning. These workshops provide practical strategies to strengthen organizational DEIAB identity, drive meaningful systems change, and foster a healthier, more inclusive workplace culture.

In today’s challenging environment for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (DEIAB) initiatives, it is crucial to stay informed about the tools and strategies needed to navigate ongoing obstacles. As opposition to DEI efforts continues to grow, these workshops offer essential knowledge, resources, and support to empower organizations to sustain and effectively advance their initiatives.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS

These 75-minute in-person learning sessions are led by subject matter experts and advocates with lived experience.

Each workshop will present thoughtfully curated learning models, engaging panel discussions, and practical strategies, all designed to empower participants to seamlessly integrate these methods into their daily lives.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Each collaborative workshop is designed for nonprofit partners and is open to any community leaders and advocates committed to learning and growth.

Whether you are a nonprofit health and human service provider, health system partner, policymaker, or volunteer, these sessions are for you.
