• Your company name, role, and business affiliations 
• Internet or other similar network activity, such as IP address, browsing history or information on a user’s interaction with a website or application 
• Professional or employment-related information, such as when you reach out to us on behalf of your organization or projects to become a grantee 
• Education Information, such as education history or level of education 
• Other information related to your grant applications, and requests or inquiries or information you input into the “Message” box to contact us

To provide you with services, complete your requests and maintain a functional System, we may automatically collect certain information when you visit or navigate the System, including:

• Location, date, and time you access the System, and IP addresses to measure our website traffic and to help provide a more personalized experience;
• Your browser type and other technical specifications such as device ID, hardware/software type, internet service provider, serving domains;
• Your search history relating to the use of our System;

REACH Healthcare reserves the right to use or disclose information, including personal information, if required by law or if REACH Healthcare reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect REACH Healthcare’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena, or legal process. What ‘cookies’ and similar tracking technologies do we use?

The information collected is only used to analyze how the System is being accessed and used in order for us to improve the System and your experience using it.

They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests, collect information designed to customize your experience on the System and other sites, show you relevant advertisements. and tailor marketing to your interests. Children Under the Age of 16 

Our System is not designed or targeted for children, and we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from any person under the age of 16.
