In today’s rapidly shifting political landscape, nonprofit leaders must be prepared to evaluate risks to their financial and operational viability, plan strategically, and stay ahead of changes in policy or federal requirements. REACH has partnered with experts from Forvis Mazars to provide three educational webinars designed to inform nonprofit organizations, particularly those that receive federal grant funding, with tools to assess their current grant portfolios, strategically plan for future funding, and strengthen financial resilience through effective cash flow management and drawdown strategies.
Each webinar will provide practical insights and decision-making frameworks grounded in current Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance, the Trump administration’s evolving priorities, and best practices in nonprofit finance.
Federal grants provide critical support to nonprofit organizations, but they also come with compliance, funding, and operational risks, especially during periods of political and economic change.
Understanding how to assess these risks, align with funder priorities, and manage cash flow effectively is vital to ensuring mission continuity and organizational sustainability.
This series is open to all REACH funding partners and is designed for:
If your organization is currently receiving or applying for federal grants or plans to in the future, these sessions will help you assess your current position and make informed, future-proofing decisions.
Please note that space is limited for each webinar. Each organization is asked to limit attendance to two people.
