New Board Members Join REACH

The REACH Healthcare Foundation Board of Directors has announced the election of three new members. The new board members bring experience in healthcare operations, pediatric health and development, accounting and benefits. They join the REACH Board as Katherine Ferro, Wendy Neal and Todd Pleimann conclude their board service.

Presenting the individuals who have been recently elected to our board:

Anna Sahli, Vice President of Operations at Saint Luke’s South Hospital in Overland Park, KS, oversees operations of crucial services, including operating rooms, imaging, therapy, facilities management, environmental and nutrition services, laboratory, materials management, outpatient pain management, and a 60-bed acute rehab facility. Sahli has previously led the clinical application and informatics teams at Olathe Health System and worked as a healthcare applications analyst. Sahli also serves on the Board of Safehome, a nonprofit women’s shelter in Johnson County, KS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human biology from the University of Kansas and a master’s in Healthcare Services Administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center and resides in Johnson County, KS.

Megan Knoblauch is the Managing Partner at RubinBrown’s Kansas City office and serves as a Partner in the Assurance Services Group. With over 15 years of experience as a CPA, she specializes in serving private equity clients and managing employee benefit plans. Knoblauch is active in the business community, serving on the Association for Corporate Growth board. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas and resides in Johnson County, KS.

Tiffany Gladdis, Psy.D., is an Associate Professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Perinatal/Neonatal Psychologist at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. She is the Medical Director for the Office of Equity and Diversity at Children’s Mercy and a Missouri Association for Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health board member. Dr. Gladdis earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University and Doctorate of Psychology from the University of Denver. She has clinical interest in attachment and bonding, trauma, infant and perinatal mental health, and empowering BIPOC families.
