The REACH Foundation is governed by a 17-member Board of Directors that sets policies related to mission and purpose of the organization, investment and use of the Foundation’s resources, and adherence to legal and professional standards.
The REACH Foundation is governed by a 17-member Board of Directors that has primary responsibility for determining the mission and vision of the organization, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the Foundation meets its legal and financial responsibilities. The Foundation strives to select directors who reflect the socioeconomic, racial, ethnic and geographic diversity of our six-county service area. Directors serve without pay for three-year terms, and can serve two consecutive terms.
Each year, the REACH Foundation accepts applications from qualified individuals for its Board of Directors. Interested individuals are encouraged to review the Directors Qualification Requirements prior to completing the Statement of Interest form. The application deadline for 2012 is December 31, 2011. Board members will be selected in March 2012; terms will begin June 1, 2012.
