Jon Marshall is Vice President for Academic Affairs with Allen County Community College, serving the college since 2008. Prior to joining Allen County, he served as Dean of Humanities and College Readiness at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota, and as Dean of Communications and Mathematics at St. Louis Community College-Meramec in St. Louis, Missouri.

In addition to these administrative roles, Marshall worked as a faculty member for St. Louis Community College teaching undergraduate courses and developmental education courses, the latter for students needing to better their skills to gain access to college-level study.

Marshall earned Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, and Master of Fine Arts degrees from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
