Turner House Children’s Clinic in Kansas City, Kansas, is highlighted in a story by Mike Sherry, writing for KHI News, as one of five Kansas safety-net health care clinics of approximately 40 in the state to earn national recognition as a “patient-centered medical home” through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

Turner House is a participant in the REACH Foundation’s Medical Home Initiative, which provides technical assistance and other support to help safety net clinics implement core standards of the patient-centered medical home model of care.
