Need help understanding the ACA or the Health Insurance Marketplace? The REACH Foundation is interested in supporting education to help nonprofit health and human service organizations prepare for the continued roll-out of Affordable Care Act provisions and the launch of the health insurance marketplaces that will begin open enrollment on October 1, 2013.
