Board Statement of Interest

Prospective nominees should note that the nominations process for Board membership with the REACH Healthcare Foundation is competitive, multifaceted, rigorous, and can take up to 4-6 months per nomination cycle.

The REACH Healthcare Foundation is a nonprofit public charity governed by a volunteer Board of Directors in compliance with nominating requirements set forth by a court-approved Memorandum of Understanding and the Foundation’s by-laws. Board members receive no compensation, and are nominated by a Community Advisory Committee which is publicly appointed by a variety of government officials in the state of Kansas. Acceptance of a statement of interest by the Foundation does not imply inclusion in the pool of nominees ultimately submitted to the Board of Directors for their approval.
