Scott Glasrud is former Senior Vice President of Health System Development of the University of Kansas Hospital, a 620-bed licensed teaching hospital located on the campus of the University of Kansas Medical Center. Previously, he served the hospital as Chief Financial Officer from July 1996-July 2011.
Glasrud has more than 30 years of experience in health care finance, including 12 years in the health care practices of Prices Waterhouse and Ernst & Young. Prior to joining the University of Kansas Hospital, he was Regional Director of Financial Services for the Iowa Region of Mercy Health Services. He also spent 12 years in the health care practices of Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young.
Glasrud holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and a Master of Science-Business degree in Health Care Fiscal Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Public Accountant.
